    Pros

A good resume builder. Interesting projects.

    Cons

No company culture, no investment in its people, mostly junior level people, not willing to pay to build in-house expertise, non-competitive pay

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start actually caring about retention by building a culture and paying well.

I have been working at ICF International full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Work with some of the best in the industry. Meaningful projects with a lot of variety. Very respectful of schedules, PTO, and time home. Good communication from upper and middle management.

    Cons

Benefits have been slowly eroding under guise "getting ahead" of recent legislation. Desire to tie all costs back to clients rather than directly investing in infrastructure/people can lead to unnecessary frustration. Somebody billing $160 / hour 45-50 hours a week shouldn't have to wait weeks for an $80 software license to make their jobs easier.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To keep top talent, make their lives at home easy.
