Pros

It's a fast growing company and the workplace atmosphere is pretty relaxed, overall.

Cons

Junior level positions may be relegated to menial tasks, but that really depends on which division you work in.

Advice to Management

Rename the "Research Assistant" title to something else more gratifying!

I have been working at ICF International full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Work with some of the best in the industry. Meaningful projects with a lot of variety. Very respectful of schedules, PTO, and time home. Good communication from upper and middle management.

    Cons

Benefits have been slowly eroding under guise "getting ahead" of recent legislation. Desire to tie all costs back to clients rather than directly investing in infrastructure/people can lead to unnecessary frustration. Somebody billing $160 / hour 45-50 hours a week shouldn't have to wait weeks for an $80 software license to make their jobs easier.

    Advice to Management

To keep top talent, make their lives at home easy.
