ICICI Bank – “Dynamic company”
Pros
Good and dynamic company, but these days it is not paying as much as it used to be 3 years back
Cons
Not much dynamic as it used to be because of the current financial market, the middle management is political instead of career driven
Advice to Senior Management
One of the most dynamic companies I have worked for with strong inclination towards technology incorporating all the latest technologies and products in the company.
