    Pros

Nice Community. Clean atmosphere. Pleasant co-workers.

    Cons

Employees are promoted to management because they cannot do their job. I often found myself without any work to do nad it was days before my immediate manager would give me new projects. I probably had 5 words in communication with the department manager during my employment at Icon.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have an open door policy. Your middle managers act like little nepoleans, with an attitude that is quite deceptive and hinders progress in company development. Take better care of your workers. A manager cannot be any better than thos that work for him.

I worked at ICON Health full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The commission structure was very good for the extended warranties and even for parts and service calls. Many of the benefits were good including the health insurance, 401K, etc

    Cons

I often felt micromanaged. The environment for customer service reps is extremely intense since there is often not enough work force due to the high turnover and difficulty of the job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give employees some freedom and hire enough work force to take care of calls.
