Pros100% home working. Flexible with employees. Considerate to Family life eg when children sic. Good pay rise.

ConsNot clear on promotional opportunities and little focus on appraisals etc. feel managers over resourced and therefore many 1 to 1s cancelled. Feel I may need to go elsewhere for advancement which is ashame as I don't feel it's due to performance. Better cross dept communication needed to ensure more effective working and to win more work from competitors.

Advice to Senior ManagementFree up managers workload to and emphasise importance of training and mentoring staff. Encourage managers to have aspirational discussion with staff and how employees can get to the next level.


    Out of all of the CRO's I've worked for, this is the one company that I absolutely love.
