I have been working at ICON

Pros

New experience, new field, nice view from office, some flexibility with hours, not very much overtime, okay vacation.

Cons

No appreciation for hard work, extremely low salaries, antiquated IT system and filesharing systems, bad health insurance plans.

    As everything is based on metrics, it would serve management well to engage employees, pay attention to details as well as timelines, provide tools and training that is severely needed to do the job well, and by encouraging growth and development you will foster confidence that enables employees to contribute in a meaningful way; not just for some, but for all..

    You're able to work from home and everyone there is really nice.

    The work can see to get overwhelming at time. There are a lot of procedures to understand

    They need to reward their employees when they exceed profits. Promote from within the company to your loyal employees.
