Company underpays employees

ProsNew experience, new field, nice view from office, some flexibility with hours, not very much overtime, okay vacation.

ConsNo appreciation for hard work, extremely low salaries, antiquated IT system and filesharing systems, bad health insurance plans.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
