    Pros

    - great benefits
    - flexibility in working hours
    - good work-life balance
    - great people to work with

    Cons

    - IT systems lags behind
    - too often chaotic changes in management
    - salaries could get a bit better
    - no employee development plan

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Company of this size requires fully integrated CTMS on every level. Employees do not have right tools to perform better. Company vision is changing too often.

    Pros

    Work colleagues are nice to work with. Good length of time off at Christmas. Good place to learn the basics.

    Cons

    Overtime not compensated. Lack of training and staff development. Shareholder driven. Management operate on more of a stick than carrot policy. You can have wonderful achievements in a year, but even something small can stay on your record and be brought up time and time again by different managers.

    Promote staff fairly and consistently. Your people are important.
