Nice New Office, Clinical research is an up and coming industry, double digit growth year on year, Recession Proof as well.

Cons

Bonus for Management Only
Discrimination if youre not Irish
Promotions promised but not given, Given to Irish people instead
Unfair Compensation
Bad Food

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire the chef, please. Hire someone who can cook.
Keep your promises to staff members.
Stop being racist towards foreigners.
