Pros

The benefits and time off are the best you will find. Booze in the office & cupcakes on your birthday are pretty great. The people that work here are generally pretty great.

Cons

Over worked and under paid. Spend your life at work for little compensation or recognition.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

reward the employees who work hard for you, and not just those who wait long enough that you have to promote them.

    Pros

There are some great managers that are willing to share knowledge with you and are great teachers for entry level grads looking for their first real job. They give a nice vacation package, and summer days. Can't forget the open Bar on Friday's.

    Cons

They are a female dominated company that promotes women quicker than men. Their idea of diversity is to hire women of different nationalities. People find it easier to leave for a better opportunity than to wait for your manager to die so you can take their position.

If you are a man, I advise that you stay far away from this place because the women run the show and are not trying to share power. Management is a bunch of old dinosaurs that are way behind the tech curve.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management needs to promote from within and stop trying to get your employees to tran their replacements. Your turn over rate is high because you don't even pay your most valuable people well. You never promote people making a certan salary and everyone there knows it. HR is also a big joke. 3 HR managers while I was there. When your HR managers leave then you know something's up.

    Great Work-Life Balance, Low Salaries

    Pros

The company does a good job at promoting work-life balance. I rarely ever stayed past 6:30. For the most part, the employees are very nice and easy to get along with. It's also one of the most diverse companies in the industry.

    Cons

Salaries are on the low side and not based on level of experience. Promotions are based on how hard you are perceived to work, and not actually based on how hard you work. The fact that sick days are part of PTO is also another downside.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hardwork should be measured qualitatively, not quantitatively.
