Pros

People really care about doing a good job, good PTO and benefits package, open to letting people learn new skills and work on different accounts, fun happy hours

Cons

Late hours and fast turnarounds on projects. Some managers are hard to work for as they can be really demanding at times when the work piles up.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to employees at all levels, the more junior people have some good ideas too. Balance the work load more and watch for conflicts
