ProsGreat opportunity to interact directly with management and clients. You get full control of your project and research and Management values your work

ConsFast pace and little supervision can make work stressful if you don't have a good time management skill set or a supervisor all the time

Advice to Senior ManagementResearch projects should be given in groups and not to individuals allowing people to learn from each other and improve their skills
