    Advice to ManagementAdvice

IDEX has certainly taken a hit in the latest financial fallout, but its built on a solid foundation and I believe in the direction and decisions Larry Kingsley has been able to support and lead. As a manufacturer, IDEX is an above average place to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The senior management within IDEX has a very knowledgeable group of engineers and technical skill labor but are not utilizing them to their full potential.
I would advise to take a hard look at why certain segments are not performing so well, Its not the people on the floor, its how they are being managed and pushed to only ensure revenue is going out the door.
