I have been working at IDS (International Decision Systems) full-time for less than a year
Pros – Salary is decent
Transparency in work and policies among all levels
Leads and managers are always ready to help
Flexible timings
Cons – Tight project deadlines
Few facilities that are readily available in other companies are lacking here but they do have a substitute for that too.
