IDT – “Growth and promotion are not based on meritocracy, but kissing ass.”
Pros
Working in IDT is easy going and not stressful. Great job if you are pursuing school at the same time.
Cons
There is no compensation for working hard.
Advice to Senior Management
Replace all senior managements.
