I have been working at IFC full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Great place to start your career. If you are fortunate enough to be mentored by a superior in the organization, you will learn a lot. Travel

Cons

Slow promotion and little emphasis or practice of professional development in place.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great job but some suggestions: 1.) Review need for wide use of hiring freeze. 2.) Focus on employee satisfaction 3.) Official mentorship programs and developing junior staff with the intention of promotion

Need serious reforms. There are serious and bright people looking for work but never get the chance. give the job to the people who are competent and have an interest in seeing results.
