Customers can be a pain. Pay is not worth the work you do.

    Meeting new people, the joy derived from delivering a superior dining experience

    It was physicall ydemanding, and after a motor vehicle accident I was limited in my capability to perform my job.

    Pros

    Pay (sometimes), Coworkers, Short hours, discounts on food, guests are usually nice

    Cons

    Management, inconsistent training, hours, lack of communication, no breaks, favoritism towards some employees,

    Advice to Management

    Management- you guys have a great time and you need to start treating them as such. COMMUNICATION IS KEY! And please stop showing favoritism to employee who don't deserve it! Also you guys should consider alternative oils/cooking methods because lots of guests complain about the unhealthiness of your food!
