    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    The benefits are good.
I honestly can not think of any other 'pro' comment about the company, except that HQ is in Colorado.

    Cons

    Low Pay.
Micromanaging and inept Directors and Vice Presidents.
Success is very much about who you know, not what you contribute.
It is a combination the worst things in Dilbert and The Office.
In spite of talk about ethical behavior, many employees are rewarded for unethical behavior.
In spite of talk of diversity, there is little of it here.
    Poor training or mentoring opportunities.
Chaotic matrix environment makes it difficult to progress in the company, and many managers, including VP's, refuse employees opportunities to work across the matrix.

    Advice to Management

    - Walk the walk. There is a lot of talk about 'Customer Delight' and employee satisfaction, but it falls flat on most levels. Standards are not the same across departments.
     - Make stock options more reasonable for all employees.
     - Make earned incentives available to more employees. Many departments cannot earn them.
     - Human Resources is a nightmare and typifies the worst of HR.
-Do not allow managers to refuse an employee any opportunity to work with other departments. That is the only way to move up in a matrix environment.
