I worked at IIR USA full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

The individual people are nice and good to work with. yet the turnover is so high, that you will not be able to work long with them.

Cons

The environment is toxic. Senior Management has no respect for its employees. Throwing people under the bus is the norm as everyone is afraid of Senior Management and its repucation.

Advice to Management

Treat people with respect. To the CEO - take a leadership class it is DESPERATELY needed!!!

    Pros

    -great cross functional support across departments—everyone is committed to the sales team being successful -work with various people with various backgrounds -thorough training program -management is very supportive -great work environment -excellent revenue incentives with no cap -opportunities for upward mobility

    Cons

    Consistent pressure to exceed last year’s numbers Business maturity is expected Performance is expected

    Pros

    Work starts at 9am and ends at 5pm.

    Cons

    By signing an at-will contract, the employee can be terminated at any given time for any givenreason despite the fact tthey produce money for the office/able to hit their targets. The employee can be placed on probation at anytime without prior warning. The employee loses his/her amount of commissions if he/she is terminated before the date of the conference(s).

    Advice to Management

    When an employee comes to you with a grievance, do not merely cast it off but take it seriously by taking the necessary steps to rectify the situation.
