Current Employee – been working at IKEA

Pros – I haven't been there long, but so far it's been an amazing place to work. Management goes with an open door policy and make themselves available to listen to Co-workers concerns and requests, almost all time. Work and Life balance is understood and respected here.

Cons – The pay is a bit low to start, but every year they do performance evaluations and you can petition for more pay during these. Sometimes feels a bit understaffed.
