Great company, bad store

Unloader and Replensiher (Current Employee)
Draper, UT

I have been working at IKEA part-time for more than a year

Pros: Amazing benefits for HL2 and above Flexible Scheduling Wearing jeans to work Environmentally responsible company Genuine… Cons: Benefits are expensive for part time co-workers (HL1) New uniforms are worse than before Poor management within Senior and Logistics Department No much room… Advice to Senior Management: Logs managers are a joke here, all talk and no real work for how much they get… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
