    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at IKEA part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Amazing benefits for HL2 and above Flexible Scheduling Wearing jeans to work Environmentally responsible company Genuine concern for employees well being and happiness Co-worker purchase voucher to help buy furniture

    Cons

Benefits are expensive for part time co-workers (HL1) New uniforms are worse than before Poor management within Senior and Logistics Department No much room or opportunity for advancement with company Hard to get a worthwhile raise, (only comes around once a year and very meager if any)

    Advice to Management

Logs managers are a joke here, all talk and no real work for how much they get paid. Play favorites and have extremely poor training involvement as well as people and task management skills.
