Pros

IKON was a good company to work for
It looked after its customers well
Was flexible with staff personal issues

Cons

Not good since the intigration in to Ricoh, senior management just covering themselves, a lack of communication to staff, not good

Advice to Senior Management

Should communicate the facts more, and show more loyalty to its staff who have helped the company grow over the years
