Current Employee – been working at IKON
Pros – There are None. Ikon has seen it's best days. It's OVER. At one period yeares ago Ikon was a good company to work with.
Those days are long gone.
Cons – Ricoh is going to fire everyone. This is a company where old ideas and good ole boys are still at the forefront of Ikons mindset. Promotions are strictly based upon nepitisum and not on ability and progressive ideas. As a matter of fact due to the amount of legacy that exist there, the leadership would not be able to recognize good talent or a great idea to save their lives much less the company. This is a company that allows legacys to move up if they screw up. And this is being done at the cost of the investors. Do not throw good money after bad if you are an investor.
Advice to Senior Management – Retire or Resign
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
