Lots of oppotunity to learn and be a better sales person. Incentives and bonuses for acheivement. Being in more control of you income.

Cons

The workplace can be too political especially since the Ricoh takeover. You need to filter out the negative and look after yourself. Not a lot of information is forthcoming so a lot of rumours true and false go around.

Advice to Senior Management

Try to stamp out the rumours by telling more fact and less speculation. Don't pin ones success on their personal involvement within the group.
