    I have been working at IMF full-time

    Pros

    It pays quite well if you are at the start of your career. The workload is not very demanding and it has pretty good benefits.

    Cons

    Very difficult to get higher positions, the salary will grow at extremely low pace and the politics in this institution is a bit too much
