    Pros

    You definitely get a real perspective on how operations in a business is operated. Real life experience. Young office and young team. Makes you more REAL after leaving this place with some hands-on experience.

    Cons

    They could get cliquey and may not teach you everything if they don't feel like hiring you.

    Be more organized!

    I worked at IMG Worldwide full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Exciting products, good work/life balance.

    Cons

    Compensation is not very impressive. During my time there the company cut several benefits and outsourced a lot of the lower level jobs, leaving everyone else to pick up the work instead of replace them. Very top-heavy company (the VP to basic worker is nearly 1:2) which is a problem considering their

    Advice to Management

    Cut your salary or your colleagues. There are way too many of you and not enough of the lower level workers to handle your requests.
