“The coolest company you've never heard of...”
Current Employee – been working at IMVU
Pros – A great team of people who are really excited about our product and its users. A fun industry, with one of the coolest products out there. Beautiful, expressive avatars. Thousands of developers outside our company who build products that we sell in our catalog. A productive, agile engineering team. Super happy developer weekends. Free lunches a few times a week, with bagels every morning. We actually have a business model and make lots of money...
Cons – There are only 24 hours in a day...the product is very fun, so it would be fantastic to have more time to actually play with it as much as our hardcore users do, but we all work hard, so unfortunately we don't always have that luxury.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep it up! Keep us focused and let the team run with their ideas and we'll all make lots of money...
