Pros

Great benefit for health, dental and vision. Working remotely is nice and there is some flexibility with scheduling. Good training modules to learn about various indiciations.

Cons

Underpaid, lower level employees are sometimes paid more, slow to promote top performers (takes months to receive a promotion) and projects typically under resourced.

    Pros

    Great place to start as it is tough to break into the monitoring field.

    I have been given a lot of opportunity to lead teams etc.

    Cons

    Not being recognized for all my hard work.
    Was a CTL for a year on a study and am pending promotion to CRA III

    I worked at INC Research

    Pros

    Good place to get your foot in the door in the CRO industry. Plenty of opportunity to change positions within the company.

    Cons

    Rewarding of incompetence. Hypocrisy. Lacks the basic infrastructure to keep up with its growth, e.g. IT systems. Benefits package as weak as any other CRO with inadequare time off. Your experience is largely defined by your manager.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Nurture the good apples and get rid of the bad! Attitude is contagious. Develop a "no excuses" policy for getting rid of lazy people, liars and sexual harassers.
