    Pros

benefits are pretty good. Co-workers are usually nice. They have benefit dollars that you can earn for being healthy and working out and eating healthy. Their insurance isn't too bad. Some of the doctors and really nice and approachable if you have questions or concerns about your patients. They have different locations you can float to and transfer to.

    Cons

There is not always a team effort and communication can be shady between nurses and therapists. Management varies from time to time. Sometimes they micromanage too much. If one therapist is slacking or lazy, it makes it harder on the other therapists who have to pick up the slack of the other therapist.

    Advice to Management

Reinforce importance of team approach and team communication. Everyone needs to be working towards the same goals, so nursing and therapists need to help each other out and ultimately help the patient out and work on patient centered approach.
