“Process Operator”
I have been working at INVISTA
Pros – Good pay, retirement benefits good, medical and dental leave something to be desired. Work isn't too labor intensive and job training has improved.
Cons – Medical and dental are on the more meager end of the spectrum compared to industry standards. Also individual versus group performance pay creates a back stabbing environment.
Advice to Senior Management – don't play favorites as much. More fairness would be welcome. No clear direction on what it takes to be a top tier operator.
