Pros

Steady biweekly paycheck as an admin employee. Overtime is usually approved. Good job opportunity for recent high school graduates to earn some extra money before college starts.

Cons

No opportunity for growth even for university graduates. Management does very little to motivate employees. Accomplishments are rarely recognized. Merit increases are rather insulting. Its not that the company cannot afford to pay their employees their deserved wages--it's because they don't want to. Management does not take employee input into consideration and demotivates people from speaking up. High-volume of work and can cause employees to be burned out very easily.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

There are lots of bright individuals working at IPC. Quite a few with a bachelor's degree, too. Why not motivate them to strive for higher positions rather than keeping them at a menial hourly entry level one? High turnover rate is a direct result of lack of motivation and miniscule pay increases. Management tries only to keep the executives happy and could care less about the employees running the the heart and soul of the company. No matter how many struggles and redundancies that certain teams endure, the most important thing is the bottom line. What kind of company culture is that? Executive employees need to take a closer look at incompetent management in their various departments.

    Pros

    - they give you a base salary and bonus but you wont be making any bonuses unless you see between 25 to 30 patients A DAY for 25 days a month so forget about family and other plans
    - they will take your bonus if someone in your group did not make their salary

    Cons

    - you get burned out very fast for seeing a lot of patient with no protected vaccation
    -
high risk of getting sued for seeing too many patients

    - the culture of seeing a lot of patients is nourished and protected indirectly by the company, it can become very risky especially if you end up with a greedy group leader that sees a huge load of patients.
    - you will stay a footnote soldier and easily replaced !

    - I believe the company is currently being audited
