“A nice job but under paid.”
Former Employee – worked at IPS as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – the safety is priority. Job structure is clear. Working conditions are satisfactory.
Cons – salaries are low. Chances of growth are very less.
Advice to Senior Management – increase pays and decrease contractors.
