Run Away Before you loose your life here

Senior Java Developer (Current Employee)
Denver, CO

ProsCompetitive Salary. Hard to get any raise.

ConsNo respect for employee. Every day there will be new drill to finish by 2 pm. and it is not the story of a week but year round. Employees don't share knowledge. Heads down every sec.

Life there is working like a contractor with no overtime benefits. work week is not 40 hrs. It is 60hours workweek with no payback. Payback is that you meet deadlines and no-one will be shouting or frowning in meetings. No benefits of full time employment such as education/401k/sick time. Moderate Health benefits.

Senior High level management wants name of the developer as soon as anything goes wrong at Customer site. Management has a policy to smile/frown but don't do anything to make it better place. To keep customers happy they forget their employees are humans too.

HR will smile at you only till the time you reach to them for some work. As soon as you ask them for something, all the smiles will be gone.

Communication is really poor. Very very negative work environment for career and life.

Advice to Senior ManagementRespect Employees. They are human being. Don't just look at your own bonus.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
