I have been working at IRS

    Pros

The benefits are good, the lifestyle is laid back. Good job security. Easy work overall.

    Cons

Management is incompetent, promotions based more on length of service, not merit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve your mid-level management training and let managers on the front line manage their employees without upper-level management intrusion.
