I worked at IRS full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The supervisors were very willing to teach you how to do your job. They understood if you didn't understand something. The office was very casual. Co-workers were always friendly and helpful.

    Cons

Had a very high stress workload. The food in the cafeteria prices were ridiculous. The work became somewhat tedious after a while. But, that was to be expected.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I don't really have any advice. They are doing an excellent job.
