    Pros

Federal job, 40 hr work week

    Cons

Lots of pressure to work off the clock, no promotions, favoritism

    Advice to Management

Doesn't matter, as they don't listen. The pressure and standards/expectations increase exponentially, and workers get burned out. And with Congress not caring about federal employees, it will only get worse!
