Pay did not match work, hard to move up salary with workload
Politics at senior level is cumbersome
Part of the organizations culture includes lazy and unmotivated people

    Pros

    Met some really good people.

    Cons

    Finding out that the IRS prints out tax returns that are filed electronically and processes them just like the ones mailed in. It's crazy!

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the employees. They have good ideas.
