I have been working at IRS as a contractor (more than 10 years)

Pros

They have several different shifts available, which works out for some employees.

Cons

There is ALOT of one-sided decisions made that aren't thought through from "A" to "Z".

Advice to ManagementAdvice

They should remember that they were once where we are, except they had incentives & they were shown appreciation & respect.
