ISO – “Great place to Work”

Pros

The compensation is pretty good to start. Paid Time off starts at 17 days. They have a good student program for actuaries and people are really nice and supportive. Company is doing very well financially.

Cons

They don't have back up child care and you have to work 40 hours a week without lunch. If you want lunch you have to work a longer day.

Advice to Senior Management

Its not about how long you are in the office- its about how much you get done.
