I have been working at ISO
Pros – different division may have different cultures and different style of management. Jobs are mostly routinary, and can be boring most of the time. A very good start for the actuarial profession.
Cons – promotion is not that often, and opportunities are limited. Jobs largely related to ensure data quality, can be very boring.
Advice to Senior Management – management are very competent, but need to be more innovative and constructive in coping with the change in the insurance industry.
