ISO is a pressure free work environment. Deadlines and workload are very managable. Professional developement is encouraged, with ISO paying for professional designations and graduate degrees.

Cons

Salaries are significantly lower than comparable jobs in the industry. Also, there is very little turnover in management so advancement is very difficult.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior Management does a great job leading ISO and it shows in ISO's stock value. Further, there are quarterly meetings in which management provides a comprehensive outline of ISO's performance, past and future, and direction.
