    I worked at IT Convergence full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    ITC pays US based employees relatively well, but only because they have to in order to attract good talent.
    Talented individuals are usually given space to be successful, but are generally so frustrated by management, lack of communication and lack of career opportunity that they leave the organization.

    Cons

    Where to start?
    Long history of very high Turnover across all departments (Consulting, Managed Services, Sales, Education, Operations)
    Executive leadership/Owners are disconnected from employees, don't know how to communicate with the company and in general appear to be only interested in their own well being
    VP of Sales lacks respect for sales team and delivery team, creating distrust across the organization
    Employees are promised compensation they never see (performance bonuses, utilization bonuses etc. are often disregarded, cancelled and/or paid as smaller %'s)
    Performance reviews are a joke if they even happen. They have little to no affect on your career at ITC.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Allow good employees to make decisions and give them the ability to have an impact on the organization. You constantly lose highly talented people because you lack respect for them. It's apparent by how you run the company. You think employees are replaceable, so that's what you do...but you have to start fresh over and over again. When good people leave, you sweep it under the rug and pretend it never happened. You don't change, you don't learn from your mis-management and past/current mistakes.

    management should be proffessional,and should stop hirrng,worthless quality managers ,you should butter your your boss else you will be in soup
