ITT Exelis Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at ITT Exelis as a contractor for more than a year

Pros – Good pay, good vacation package, benefits are decent,

Cons – Lower management sucks. Instead of showing appreciation and encouraging employees to think outside the box or try to improve the process they find fault and throw them under the bus.

Advice to Senior Management – Take a strong look at your management and leads. The negativity that comes from them creates a hostile work enviroment and DOES NOT PROMOTE A TEAM ATMOSPHERE.
