“Enjoyed job but Management does not treat employees fairly. You do 3 times the job while boss' favorites do no work.”

Pros – Benefits are pretty good but cost employees
Cons – No recognition, boss' take credit recognition for your ideas. Boss' have favorites who come and go as they please take long lunches and chat on instant messenger all day while you are given all the work and given grief when doctor appointment etc., needed.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat employees equally, fairly and praise for good job. Do not pass on employees ideas as your own. Do not be deceitful when reporting numbers to board of directors in order to look good and stop blaming employees for management's mistakes.
