I have been working at IZ-ON Media full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

there are bursts, but overall it'll be quiet; you'll learn something new, but after couple of months... stay if you just want to keep getting your salary

Cons

boring; super stingy under new president/ceo - lately even spendings on team lunches were prohibited; so that's it - boring and super stingy

Advice to ManagementAdvice

they only take advice from Technicolor, so why bother?

    Pros

A lot of great people in all departments who really care about what they are doing, and high stakes projects that matter to the bottom line.

    Cons

Some of the biggest, most important customers can be difficult to work with, and it is not clear they can regain the growth rates they achieved in the past.
