I worked at IZ-ON Media full-time for more than a year

Pros

There are some amazing people working there. Excellent personalities, very fun and sociable. I thoroughly enjoyed almost everyone I worked with.

Cons

When I worked there, there was a culture of rewarding obstructionism. The more one could make oneself a bottle-neck, the more the company rewarded you. There was also a really strong atmosphere of CYA and a pretty steel-grip on information. The company was also extremely top-heavy and would regularly give advancement to those in the upper rungs of the company while those on the "foot soldier" level were left in a lurch.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start valuing the "bottom" of the ladder a lot more. Start looking for ways to throw open the shutters and allow for a lot more transparency.

I have been working at IZ-ON Media full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

there are bursts, but overall it'll be quiet; you'll learn something new, but after couple of months... stay if you just want to keep getting your salary

    Cons

boring; super stingy under new president/ceo - lately even spendings on team lunches were prohibited; so that's it - boring and super stingy

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
