Former Employee - Senior Business Analyst in North Vancouver, BC (Canada)

I worked at Icbc as a contractor (less than an year)

Pros

I liked the working environment. People were mostly friendly and helpful. It has a beautiful location, next to the Seabus terminal. I worked as a consultant so did not get involved in any of the politics. They have a decent onsite cafeteria, with a fantastic view of downtown vancouver. I liked working there.

Cons

I thought they could be more open to employee involvement in corporate strategy. Open communication with employees could be better encouraged.
