The company has great benefits and the people are great to work with.

Cons

The company is unfriendly to the environment, killing salmon to generate power.
The company is extremely bureaucratic and slow to do anything. It is as bad as working for a governmental agency.
The company has far too many employees who are just waiting to retire and are not doing any work.

Advice to Senior Management

Reduce the number of supervisors and middle level managers by at least 20%.
Eliminate the pension plan and replace it with an improved 401K plan.
