Pros

Close to Penn Station
The office has heat.
starting wage is decent

Cons

Unprofessional psuedo sales people all around you.
No training
Cant be late one minute late, literally, or you will be chastized.
Crazy amount of favortism and office drama, it would make even a reality star cringe

Advice to Management

Speak to your employees with some professionalism. Cursing every second doesnt help. possibly train people? some telling us about all the money you made in 1999

I have worked for ICM Marketing for years and it is a great career choice!

I have been working at Ideal Corporate Marketing

    Pros

Ideal corporate marketing is an inside sale position. After reading the previous reviews it seems as though some of the former employees clearly weren't cut out for a sales job. I have worked here for several years and if you put in effort and work at reaching your goals you will be rewarded! There are quarterly sales trips rewarded to the Caribbean, Puerto Rico, etc. there are bonuses and a commission structure in which you can make a lot of money! These reviews are from people who wanted a paycheck handed to them and didn't have the drive to succeed and grow within a great company!

    Cons

Some employees want a paycheck handed to them without putting in the effort and hard work that is expected at any job let alone a sales position.

    Advice to Management

Keep it up, the hard working, sales driven, career focused employees will continue to bring in money and exceed the sales goals!

    Pros

The starting Salary is $50k annually and the office is near Penn Station. You can bring your water bottle and they will let you use their fridge. Everyone runs out at 5:30 pm.

    Cons

No training very unfriendly and border line barbaric company culture. Top sales people yell and curse at the newer sales people while actively telling them they want you to fail so as they can get your business. The culture is motivation by threatening your job on a weekly basis and listening to your every phone call. You are video tapped in the office and every word you utter is recorded. You are counted as to how many times you go to the bathroom which is gross. You get weekly emails criticizing your work in a malicious spirited email from a person you have never meet. Top sales people run out all the new guys and try take their deals. Hasn't been clean in a decade.

    Advice to Management

Lead by example not with threats and cursing. It might be time to start looking for a new job when you cant keep an employee for more then 3 months.
