    Pros

Good benefits package, some flexibility in hours. Was able to get a signing bonus

    Cons

Very high sales quotas, win at all costs mentality, lots of red-tape. High turn over in sales positions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reasonable quotas would go a long ways to retaining employees.

    Pros

I cannot think of one "pro" for this company. From the start this company was a sinking ship, until they got de-listed from the stock market and had to change names.

    Cons

Management and higher leadership positions do not know or care what bottom or even mid-level employees are doing, and manage from the top-down, not caring how or what it affects outside of their own limited view.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get some leadership education.
