Proslots of holidays, both cost of living and merit raises

Conslow pay, a sense of entitlement by some employees who do little or no work, a refusal by management to ever fire anyone no matter how little work they do, very high expectations on those employees who actualy do work, there are cost of living raises and merit raises, which is good, but merit raises are equal for all people, as management does not want to hurt anyone's feelings

Advice to Senior Managementto stop coddling poor performers and ot stop worrying about hurting people's feelings by discipling them. Also, to have the same expectations for everyone.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
