    Cons

People, lack of processes, favoritism, lack of communication from corporate.

    Advice to Management

Value talent and not seniority!!! Young talent is NOT valued in this company, only thing matters is age and years of employment.

  2. Excellent Employer, Great internship experience

    Pros

Excellent working environment, constantly learning. Second term at the tech center got more demanding which in my opinion was good. Great management. Much better then an internship that just has you filing, you will get to work hands on and on actual projects.

    Cons

Work load varied. Occasionally a week of lots to do and a week with very little to do. My understanding is the internship experience varies greatly with who you're working under.
